What is Mcash?

Mcash is a virtual currency used to purchase games and virtual goods on MatchMove Games. Think of them like the tickets or tokens you purchase at the carnival or arcade houses.

How do I obtain Mcash?

Login to MatchMove Games and go to your profile page. And on the left side, You can see the amount of Mcash you currently have. Click on the Get Mcash link to open the Topup window. Select one of our payment options and the amount of Mcash you want to purchase. Take note that each provider may offer different payment options and rates.

How do I purchase a game or buy credits for a game?

First, you need to top up your account with enough Mcash by clicking the “Get Mcash” link on your profile page. Then proceed to the game page and follow the prompts after you click “Buy game/credits”. Once your purchase is confirmed, the appropriate amount of Mcash wil be deducted from your account, and you will receive a download link and serial key if you bought a casual game. For social games, credits will be automatically added to your account.

Why aren’t all of the payment methods available?

Certain payment providers are only available in selected countries. However, please note that we always make a point of having multiple payment providers available for each country, so please explore other payment options that are available in your territory!

Why do different payment methods yield different amounts of Mcash when the same amount of real money is spent on each?

We have different costs with our different payment providers, which is why we are able to provide more extra Mcash on some compared to others.

How can I buy Mcash using Zong (Mobile Phone)

(Currently available in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines)

You can buy Mcash using Zong and your mobile phone. Any purchase made using Zong will be charged to your mobile phone bill, or deducted from your mobile phone credit.

Follow these easy steps to buy Mcash using Zong:

• Click on the “Get Mcash” link to open the top up window. Select the mobile phone option.
• Choose the amount you want to purchase and click continue.
• Enter your mobile number , then click “Continue”. Follow the instructions on the screen.
• After you respond to the Zong text message, your payment will be processed. When completed, the pop-up will refresh and confirm your purchase. You can now use your Mcash to buy games and virtual items!

Please note that when you choose to pay by mobile using Zong, the cost of Mcash and the amount will be different than other payment options due to mobile carrier restrictions. Options for Mcash using Zong may also vary by country.
